Filmmaker Werner Herzog’s voice is commonly imitated ― often as a part of a joke. So, “Late Present” host Stephen Colbert one-upped all of the imitators by getting Herzog himself to inform some jokes.
And it’s true. Herzog’s voice actually does make all the things sound higher:
