According to police, at around 8:30 p.m., a 31-year-old man was stabbed in the arm and slashed in the hand on the steps of the 103rd St subway station on Lexington Ave

The victim was stabbed following a dispute with another male. Injured, he exited the station and was located by police next to a pool of blood outside ‘Frenchy Coffee Shop’ near E 102st & Lexington Ave, cops said.

He was transported to St Luke’s Hospital with non life threatening injuries. No reported arrests for that incident.

Just a couple hours prior, there was a double slashing near the 110th St subway station near the intersection of E 110th Street and Lexington Avenue.

The scene unfolded as the 116th Street Festival was finishing and the streets were flooded with people leaving the area.

Two males were slashed in the head and one of the injured reportedly ran into a nearby subway station, police said.

Inside the 110th street station, a large amount of blood was seen on the uptown platform for the 6 train line as officers were investigating the slashing.

The injured pair were highly uncooperative with police. It’s still not clear if the slashing took place in transit or nearby.
