Senate Minority Chief Mitch McConnell (R-Ky.) obtained a blunt reminder of his personal previous conduct after he complained on Twitter in regards to the potential silencing of voters.
“Complete states can be shut out,” he claimed, including: “This isn’t about new voting legal guidelines. It’s about silencing voters who inconvenience Democrats.”
Democratic Nationwide Committee chair Jaime Harrison instructed McConnell to “save the rattling crocodile tears.”
“People misplaced their voice within the Senate while you denied Pres. Obama his constitutional proper to nominate a SCt justice & while you eradicated the 60 vote rule for lifetime appointments to the Supreme Courtroom,” Harrison added, calling McConnell “a hypocrite.”
